About
Our Purpose
Redemption, in the classical sense, simply means to restore value. It is also the picture of someone being rescued from bondage or purchased out of slavery. Today, it can also mean deliverance from sin or salvation.
Real Redemption exists to restore value to those who have fallen into despair. This redemption is not cheap or coercive. It is purposeful and accountable. Those who choose to participate in Real Redemption will experience true accountability, healthy boundaries, and genuine accomplishments. And ultimately, salvation through Jesus Christ.

Real Redemption partners with and sponsors small businesses that provide professional services for the local community. The hope is that "Redemption House Cleaning Services" or "Redemption Lawn Care" or "Redemption Drywall Installation" would provide employment for those who have proven skills but find it difficult to obtain employment.
In exchange, customers desiring affordable professionals would be able to contract a service through Real Redemption's small business partners and enjoy a job well done. All the fees earned through Real Redemption businesses would be used to pay the employees a fair wage, invest back into the businesses, as well as a 10% donation from each job to fund Real Redemption ministries.
The ultimate goal is to share the love of Jesus Christ and redeem as many as possible to experience the joy of following Him.
Real Redemption also promotes the partnership of the Joplin District Church of the Nazarene and the Australia-New Zealand field of the Church of the Nazarene with resources for recruiting and developing church leaders and healthy church communities.
